Returns

Borsetta Boutique.com is happy to accept returns for regular priced, unused items in original condition within 30 days of purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and an authorization number.  Please email info@borsettaboutique.com to have a return authorization issued to you.  Upon receipt of item(s), we will exchange or refund for the full value of the item including taxes.  Please note that shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. 

Your return package

On the front of the original receipt enclosed with your purchase, please record the reason for the return, as well as the return authorization number issued to you. Place your receipt and the return in a secure package.  Borsetta Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Return policy on sale items

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Exchange policy
